"Iris"
First, I just want to say how much I have enjoyed each and every one of the photos that were shared in our flickr group this month and it has been my great pleasure (although difficult) to choose the weekly "Focus on You" photos. You are all such an awesome group of photographers who continue to bring it week after week. And all of us here at Focusing on Life thank you for that!!
This first photo was taken by Cathy (slycat54). I just love that she just really captured the essence of this flower and her placement of the focus point also kept some of the white petals in the same plane of focus, brilliant. You can find more of Cathy's photos in her flickr photostream here.
"Sunny delight"
This one was taken by Leanne (Leanne S) and the glorious light that she captured in this shows off the delicate color of these lilacs. I don't know about you, but I'm almost sure I can smell these!! You can find more of Leanne's photos in her flickr photostream here.
