Replace

by Deanna

Too often we submerge ourselves in negatives.
Often it happens without awareness.
Examine your home or your work space.
Examine your habits and the ruts you may have fallen into
Remove the negative images.  (ie: procrastination)

Begin to smooth out the ruts in your life (ie: procrastination)
Replace them with positives –
Flowers, photos, music, scents, and mindset.

And now notice the change in your attitude

Procrastination is such an ugly thing.

Wow, I just sent an email to a colleague and signed off "Sorry to be so negative" and boom, here you are, Deanna. I read that first line of your post and felt you were reading my mind. Okay. I'll try. I'll try, today. Thanks for this post.

First of all, your images are just wonderful. This is a great post. I do get down on myself from time to time. Thank you for reminding me that I can change direction. And getting a bouquet of flowers helps too! Happy weekend to you!

Enjoyed the little visit to your home today! Yes, it's so hard not to get mired down in the negatives, especially those of us who have found ourselves knee-deep in winter. But the sun is shining today and I have only one short errand to run in the single-digit weather so I'll look on the bright side!

True, true, true Deanna! I have a confession....I have procrastinated putting away my tree (as in Christmas), probably since it only went up 2 days before Christmas....but, it is coming down this weekend. Promise! xo

Beautiful images of your home! Thanks for the reminder to focus on the positive! There is a lot of positive when we stop and look for it!

What bright and happy images! I have become a procrastinator and just love it! I don't regard it as negative at all ... except in paperwork! In the winter months, there are always potted spring bulbs getting ready to flower, good books to read and essential oils bringing me their wonderful aromas.
