This week's delectable Focus on You photo is by Michelle Jefferies ("three times a charm" on flickr). Her capture of this perfectly simple summer treat almost makes my mouth water! The lighting really highlights the texture of the cookie and the creaminess of the ice cream. The colorful napkin that it's sitting on makes it fun!
